I often want to achieve results NOW

I know that this is not optimal

it is not often how the universe works

however, I still want things to happen immediately

so, what is needed is more of patience

living, not only surviving

life is going on, live it

worrying too much is not a good idea

feel free to enjoy

pain is part of life - accept it and feel the pain, but do not stay in pain

life is a game, follow the rules, but try different tactics

life is a play, perform it well, recognise your audience

it is about what you create, it is about what you share

we believe in you

we want to reach out to you

wise people are often very lonely

sometime it is good to meet

you don’t need to be all knowing, it is better if you are not

we encourage you to express emotions

all sorts of emotions - as a performance

we take care of each other, we are careful to not invade another's integrity

emotions are there all the time

it is a question of recognising them

accepting them

noticing things, feelings, thoughts, emotions

noticing body sensations

noticing breathing as it happens

noticing is meditation

noticing what we notice and not notice

noticing the process of noticing

noticing FLOW

noticing is prayer

what is needed to get anywhere at all?

do you need a crisis to get going?

sometimes it is okay to stay for awhile

but there is always the risk of getting stuck
